Executive Production Manager
Serves as the operational leader for production management, coordinating leadership teams, strengthening communication, and ensuring the Executive Producer's vision is carried out with excellence.
Production Leadership Team
This team leads the creative vision, rehearsal process, and live execution—guiding each production from concept to curtain call with clarity, structure, and artistic excellence.
Stage Manager
Oversees backstage operations and production flow, coordinating cast movement, scene transitions, and on-stage logistics to help ensure each performance runs smoothly.
Production Support Coordinator
Provides operational support to leadership team wherever needed throughout the production process.
Sound Technician
Manages sound and audio throughout the production, ensuring clear, balanced, and consistent sound for performers, music, and the overall audience experience.
Music Director
Develops and leads the musical elements of the production, enhancing each moment through sound, rhythm, and emotional connection.
Creative Media Producer
Captures and creates visual content that showcases the production, bringing the CCP experience to life through photography, video, and creative media.

Engagement Team
This team ensures every guest feels welcomed, supported, and valued—creating a seamless and memorable experience from arrival through the final celebration.

Coordinates vendors and on-site logistics to support smooth operations and a well-organized event experience.
M.C. / Host
